Mortgage Loan Processor

Dominion Financial Services - Remote

$60,000 - $70,000 a year

Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a single-family investment real estate mortgage originator. DFS originates two main loan products – a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment and shows aggressive quarterly growth. Our current origination volume is $100MM per month. DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Process loans form set-up to closing in an organized and timely manor
  • Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
  • Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Review title, legal, and settlement documents
  • Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Communicate with transaction stakeholders
  • Maintain an individual pipeline of loans

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
  • Strong computer skills, we use a Salesforce-based platform
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience

Maintenance Technician

Dominion Management - Baltimore, MD

$22 - $25 an hour

Dominion Management manages 850 row home in Baltimore City. We have a hard-working maintenance team that is dedicated to providing our tenants with superior service when it comes to their homes. We are looking for a self-starter to join our team as a Maintenance Technician. This position will report directly to our Maintenance Manager.

Applicants must have an active driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general maintenance and repairs in single family homes in Baltimore
  • Communicate effectively in verbal and written format with Tenants, Management, and Vendors
  • Regularly update work orders in AppFolio as work is completed
  • Trouble shoot a diagnose property repairs
  • Work to guarantee tenant satisfaction and company expectations
