(1) Music Teacher

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students' needs and examination syllabuses
  • Teach music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to students entering and preparing pupils for examinations
  • Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources for music lessons
  • Motivate students and encourage progress in the student’s learning journey
  • Assess students' abilities, providing feedback and writing reports for parental feedba
  • Accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance
  • Working with other colleagues in group activities, such as camps and exam preparation

(2) Divisional Head of Growth

Introduction of the Role

The Divisional Head of Growth has the responsibility of creating scalable sales strategies and systems to significantly optimize the growth of the Aureus centres under him/her. This role requires a highly self-motivated individual, who will be responsible for cross-departmental coordination within the company to meet the company’s goals. Customer and employee satisfaction are critical pillars to the organization’s success, and therefore the Divisional Head of Growth will be delivering training/retraining and mentorship programs, performance enhancement and event/marketing campaigns, to maximize the overall growth productivity of the centers around these pillars.

(3) Centre Manager

The primary mission for the Centre Manager is to actively support and contribute to the overall success of the Aureus centre under their purview. Working directly with the Divisional Head of Growth, the Centre Manager plays a pivotal role in executing the established sales strategies and systems.

 

The Centre Manager drives scalable sales initiatives aligned with divisional goals, fostering a positive environment through proactive collaboration. Primary responsibilities involve driving sales and event management, overseeing day-to-day operations, executing training programs, and providing mentorship to staff. Tasked with optimizing strategies to meet and exceed set goals. The Centre Manager actively contributes to performance enhancement initiatives, coordinating events and marketing campaigns to maximize growth productivity.
